Mirandas’ Victim is a legal drama directed by Michelle Danner and on a script by George Kolber and J. Craig Stiles. The film will star Abigail Breslin known for the acclaimed Little Miss Sunshine and for the more recent Welcome to Zombieland, its sequel Zombieland – Double Shot, and The Girl from Stillwater. She is followed by an excellent supporting cast consisting of Donald Sutherland (Ad Astra), Andy Garcia (The Untouchables), and Luke Wilson (The Tenenbaums). The film will be screened during the Ischia Global Film and Music Festival on Tuesday, July 11.

In 1963, 18-year-old Patricia Weir is kidnapped and brutally raped. Committed to putting her attacker, Ernesto Miranda, in prison, Patty’s life is destroyed by the American legal system as it triggers a law that transforms the nation.
